Get software

Step 1. Please download Skype version 4.2 or older at www.oldapps.com/skype.php 

The phone is not compatible with Skype version 5.0.


Step 2. Upgrade latest DUALphone software:
 

1. Place the handset in the base
    
2. Click on the link (Dualphone setup 2.39 (USA only)) to download the latest version.
    
3. Next click on "Open/Run"
    
4. Important: when the software is installed on your PC, please leave the handset in the base for at least 15 minutes to allow the handset and base software to be fully updated.
    
5. NB! Remember to select the country when you install Cordless DUALphone Suite so that your telephone will work after an update!
